Veltrix ("we", "us", "our") operates a multi-broker trading terminal available as a web application and mobile app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Veltrix, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information: your email address and password (hashed) when you register.
• Broker credentials: when you connect a broker (MT4, MT5, Exness, etc.), the account ID and server name you provide. We do not store your broker password.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and device information for analytics and product improvement.
• Payment data: subscription transactions are processed by PayPal. We store your subscription tier, billing cycle, and status — never your full card or PayPal account numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Veltrix service.
• To process subscription payments and manage your account.
• To display your broker connections and simulated trade history.
• To send service announcements, billing notices, and support responses.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate Veltrix (such as PayPal for payments and our hosting provider), each under contractual obligations to protect your data, or when required by law.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transit (TLS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable measures.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account data from your profile, or by contacting us. You can disconnect a broker at any time, which removes that connection from Veltrix. You can cancel your subscription at any time through PayPal or your account settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Veltrix is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Advertising

Veltrix may display advertising. Third-party ad providers may use cookies or similar technologies to serve relevant ads. You can manage ad personalization through your device or browser settings.

9. Risk Disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, and cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Veltrix provides tools and simulated (paper-trading) features for analysis and education; it is not financial advice and does not execute real trades on your behalf. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
